General Contracting
As a fully insured firm, we offer full General Contracting Services and Project Management for new construction, interior remodels and custom furniture. By overseeing construction we are able to insure that the original design intent is realized.

We also have more cost control over the project when managing construction. Because we provide the client periodic cost-to-date analysis we can easily modify construction if there are any design or budgeting changes.

We have a solid knowledge of construction feasibility and good detailing because of our experience managing both furniture fabrication and architectural construction. To ensure a high quality of construction we work with a selctive network of subcontractors. We subcontract some of the same detail-oriented cabinet makers and welders for our architectural projects as for our furniture pieces.

We work with our clients through every step of the process, managing and controlling the budget whether we are creating a site-specific piece of furniture or a new home.
